A few things to know.
01Is this a subscription?+
No. Each pack is a one-time payment. There are no recurring charges or membership renewals.
02Do credits expire?+
Credits stay in your account until used or your account is deleted. Generated videos are hosted by the provider. Download promptly; provider links can expire.
03What if my generation fails?+
A failed task automatically returns all credits reserved for that generation. The return appears in your account history.
04When will my purchase appear?+
Credits are added after server-side payment confirmation. PayPal payments are captured when you return, with verified webhooks recovering payments if you close the page. Returning alone does not grant credits.
