Account information
When real sign-in is configured, the studio stores your name, email address, authentication provider records, and session information in Cloudflare D1. Google handles Google authentication; the configured email delivery service sends one-time links. No password is required for these sign-in methods.
Photos and videos
Photos are previewed locally and uploaded only when you request generation. Real generation uploads photos to Kie; Cloudflare D1 stores temporary photo URLs for use within 24 hours and removes references when completion or failure is observed, or during expiry cleanup. Kie controls actual file retention and link availability. Mock and legacy photos use temporary private Cloudflare R2 storage. Generated videos stay with Kie and are not copied to R2. D1 stores your task ID, status and result URL until record or account deletion. Provider URLs may be accessible to anyone with the link and may expire.
Generation providers
Real generation uses Kie’s Seedance 2.5 API. Kie receives uploaded photos, the motion reference and the template prompt. Its processing and retention policies apply; deleting studio records does not delete Kie-hosted files. Legacy R2 photos use expiring signed URLs. Browser soundtrack merging happens locally, and the merged video is not uploaded. Local demo accounts use Mock footage and do not send photos to Kie.
Payments
Waffo and PayPal handle payment checkout when configured. The studio stores the order identifier, product, amount, credit pack, and status. It does not receive full card numbers. Credits are granted only after verified server-side payment confirmation.
Deletion and your controls
Deleting a completed task removes the studio record and photo references, and deletes any associated R2 photos; it does not delete Kie-hosted photos or videos. In-flight Kie tasks cannot be cancelled from this studio. Account deletion removes the profile, sessions, remaining R2 media, and studio records tied to the account. Payment and generation providers may separately retain data under their policies. Downloads saved on your devices are outside the studio’s storage.
Cookies
The studio uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in and a language preference cookie to remember your chosen interface language. A local development demo also uses a session cookie. Google Analytics measures page views, checkout activity, payment confirmations, and video generation outcomes. Analytics may use cookies and browser storage. We do not intentionally send your email address, uploaded photos, media URLs, or authentication/payment tokens to Google Analytics.
