Delete one video
Open My Videos and choose Delete. Confirm to remove the task record and temporary photo references. Provider-hosted files are not deleted. An active Kie task must finish before you can delete it.
Delete your account
Open Account and use Delete account data. Type DELETE to confirm. The studio removes your profile, sessions, uploads, videos, and unused credits. Keep any wanted downloads before confirming.
Automatic expiry
The studio uses uploaded photo links for at most 24 hours. Photo references are removed when completion or failure is observed, or during scheduled expiry cleanup. Legacy and mock R2 photos are deleted with their references. Kie controls actual retention of its uploaded files. Task records remain until you delete them.
Copies outside the studio
Files hosted by Kie or downloaded or shared elsewhere are not removed by account deletion. Generation and payment providers maintain data under their own retention policies.
